ORDINANCE #04-XX <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE #03-44 IMPLEMENTING A GAS <br />FRANCHISE FEE ON CENTERPOINT ENERGY, MINNEGASCO, A DIVISION OF <br />CENTERPOINT ENERGY RESOURCES CORP., A DELAWARE CORPORATION, <br />FOR PROVIDING GAS ENERGY SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Cit3, Council of the City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Authority. <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the chmXer of the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Rep.e.a[ <br /> <br /> Ordinance #03-44 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
