ORDINANCE #04-XX <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE #03-45 IMPLEMENTING AN ELECTRIC <br />FRANCHISE FEE ON CONNEXUS ENERGY, A MINNESOTA COOPERATIVE AND <br />CITY OF ANOKA ELECTRIC, A MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTOR, ITS <br />SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FOR PROVIDING ELECTRIC ENERGY SERVICE <br />WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Authorit% <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Repeal <br /> <br /> Ordinance #03-45 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
