Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Van Scoy to approve Michael <br />Mettler's request for a variance to expand an existing accessory structure that is nearer the front <br />property-line than the home at 15315 Sunfish Lake Boulevard NW, based on the Findings of Fact <br />and adopt Resolution #04-09- . declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson indicated he thinks there are two things to consider here. He stated in <br />terms of land planning, he thinks this request is reasonable. He indicated if there are other things <br />taking place on this property Staff needs to check on them. CommunitY Development Director <br />Frolik indicated Staff is working on the other issues. Board Member Brauer noted he believes <br />the Planning Con~rnissiQn has approved Other requests similar to this one. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
