CASE <br /> <br /> CONSIDER AUTHORIZATION OF FIRST A1VIENDMENT TO <br />MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Council is aware that an agreement with Ramsey Town Center LLC, was executed on September <br />17, 2003. Discussions began during the spring of this year_to make amendments to the Master <br />Development Agreement. General Business Terms and Conditions, which is a general guide to <br />the proposed amendment to the Master Development Agreement, was approved and sig-ned <br />earlier this summer, July 27, 2004. The General Business Terms and Conditions outlined what <br />the amendment would entail and directed staff to work with legal counsel to propose <br />amendments fbr Council attthorization. <br /> <br />As with the Parkland and Trail Agreement for the Ramsey Town Center, staff has continued to <br />work with the developer to complete the details to the amendment for the Master Development <br />Agreement.
