CASE # <br /> <br />PARI~,I, AND AND TRAIL PLAN AGREEMENT FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has been in discussions with the Ramsey Town Center LLC, since the authorization of <br />the Master Development Agreement on September 17, 2003. The City Council held a joint <br />discussion with the Park and Recreation Commission in December 2003, to discuss the park <br />proposal and, on April 7, 2004, the Park and Recreation Commission recommended the City <br />Council approve the proposal. <br /> <br />Staff has been working with the City Attorney to complete the document Parkland and Trail Plan <br />Agreement fbr Ramsey Town Center. At the writing of this Council agenda~ negotiations are yet <br />to be completed.
