The legal description of this <br />property is lot 1, block 4 of Rivenwick Village, Anoka County. We intend to lease a <br />modular office building from GE Capital Modular Space, which will provide us a <br />temporary facility to operate out of until we can start construction on a permanent <br />building in the spring of 2005. In the banking industry, it is very common to start <br />operating out of a Iemporary facility for several reasons. This allows us to provide <br />banking services to any existing and new customers in the area as soon as possible. It <br />also allows us time to hire and train new employees necessary to operate the permanent <br />facility. <br /> <br />In today's competitive banking environment, a community bank must provide the best <br />personalized service possible to compete against the big regional and national banks. <br />The temporary facility will allow us to ensure all potential issues have been field-tested <br />so we are able to provide the best level of service possible to the Ramsey area.
