Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#17-04-089 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE RIVERSTONE <br /> ADDITION ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET <br /> WHEREAS, the on March 10, 2017, Capstone Homes submitted an Application for <br /> Sketch Plan Review for a 293 lot residential subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410 requires projects of this size to complete a <br /> Mandatory Environmental Assessment Worksheet(EAW); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has considered the draft EAW as <br /> complete with revisions outlined in the staff review letter. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the Riverstone Addition EAW for <br /> distribution and public comment. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> the 11th day of April 2017. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br />
