2) Pursuant to Section 8 of the Purchase Agreement, the City of Ramsey hereby <br /> authorizes an official notice to proceed; and intends to close on the purchase of the <br /> Subject Property on or before June 08, 2017. <br /> 3) The City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the submittal of a final application to the <br /> Metropolitan Council RALF Program, in an amount not to exceed $905,500, to fund <br /> the acquisition of the Subject Property. <br /> 3) The City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the City Administrator and Mayor to sign any <br /> documents or agreements necessary to close on the purchase of the Subject Property, <br /> and any documents, agreements, or loan agreements related to the Metropolitan <br /> Council RALF Program. <br /> 4) The City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the City Attorney to make non-substantive <br /> final amendments to any documents or agreements necessary to close on the purchase <br /> of the Subject Property, and any documents, agreements, or loan agreements related to <br /> the Metropolitan Council RALF Program. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> XXXXX, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> XXXXXXXXX <br /> XXXXXXXXX <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City of Ramsey this the <br /> 11th day of April, 2017. <br /> Resolution 917-04-080 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
