Aerial Photographs <br /> Copies of the aerial photographs are attached in Appendix G. The following is a summary of the <br /> information reviewed. <br /> 1938-1957 <br /> The Site is developed as a multi-building farmstead,which extends onto the existing parcel to the <br /> northwest. A railroad track borders the Site to the north. A road borders the Site to the east. A divided <br /> road, similar to Highway 10, borders the Site to the South. The surrounding land is developed as <br /> cultivated cropland with scattered farmsteads to the north, east, southeast and northwest. <br /> 1966-2000 <br /> A commercial building is apparent in the west-central portion of the Site. An addition to the west side of <br /> the building is apparent by 1980 and extends onto the parcel to the northwest. Automobile parking or <br /> storage is apparent around the building and along Highway 10 extending onto parcel to the northwest. <br /> The Site is bordered by a railroad track to the north with the land further to the north progressively <br /> developed into its current commercial uses. The existing building adjacent to the north across the <br /> railroad tracks is first apparent in 1997.The farmstead to the east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard is <br /> redeveloped into commercial use.The land to the south of Highway 10 is a mixture of undeveloped land <br /> and residential and commercial development.The manufactured home community further to the <br /> northwest is apparent. <br /> 2003-2015 <br /> The existing gasoline station/convenience store is apparent in its current configuration. No significant <br /> changes are noted on the surrounding properties except that the existing multi-tenant commercial <br /> building adjacent northwest and the existing hotel adjacent southwest across Highway 10 are apparent. <br /> 113.6.d. City Directory Information <br /> City directories were reviewed for Highway 10 and Sunfish Lake Boulevard.The following is a summary <br /> of the information reviewed. <br /> The following occupants were listed as occupying the Site for the indicated years: <br /> BRAUN <br /> INTERTEC <br />
