For a complete discussion of our assessment,please refer to the attached Phase II <br /> ESA report. <br /> The objective of the Phase II ESA was to evaluate whether the soil,soil vapor and/or groundwater <br /> beneath the Site has been impacted due to the recognized environmental conditions identified in a <br /> Phase I ESA conducted at the Site by Braun Intertec(Project B1610732)and documented in a report <br /> dated January 10,2017. <br /> This Phase II ESA was prepared on behalf of and for use by the City of Ramsey.
