Recommendations <br /> The following recommendations are based on the results of this assessment,as well as the known history <br /> of the Site which was reviewed as part of this assessment. <br /> ■ Prepare a Construction Contingency Plan (CCP)that provides a plan to evaluate and manage <br /> environmental issues that may arise during redevelopment of the Site.The CCP should <br /> include procedures for the management of non-petroleum and petroleum-contaminated soil <br /> and/or groundwater that may be encountered during redevelopment. <br /> ■ Prior to significant redevelopment-related earthwork activities,conduct a test pit <br /> investigation of proposed cut areas to verify the presence/absence of debris or other <br /> contaminants. <br /> I. Assessment Limitations <br /> The analyses and conclusions submitted in this report are based on field observations and the results of <br /> laboratory analyses of soil samples,groundwater samples,and soil vapor samples collected from the soil <br /> borings and soil vapor probes completed for this project. <br /> In performing its services,Braun Intertec used that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised under <br /> similar circumstances by reputable members of its profession currently practicing in the same locality.
