Staff has received a request from Aeon to extend the closing date on this PA by two <br /> months. Like other agreements, staff requested an additional $5,000 non-refundable earnest money from Aeon in <br /> exchange for the proposed extension. That request is anticipated to reach the Council on 04/25/2017(will be an <br /> amendment). <br /> Staff met with Aeon recently. They are moving forward this project.
