<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17-03-076 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A PETITION AND WAIVER AGREEMENT WITH <br />KATHY CHARETTE FOR SEPTIC REPLACEMENT AT 16400 URANIMITE ST NW <br />TO PREVENT PUBLIC HEALTH THREAT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the existing septic system at 16400 Uranimite St NW has failed and been <br />deemed a threat to public health; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Kathy Charette (Property Owner) has exhausted all traditional financing <br />mechanism to replace the system; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has a septic repair policy that allows property owners to request City <br /> <br />assistance by completing the necessary repairs and assess costs back to the property owner as a last result. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the septic repair and assessment <br />agreement for 16400 Uranimite St NW at a not to exceed amount of $22,963.75. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Williams, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
