Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #04-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE 14 DAY TIME FRAME REQUIREMENT BETWEEN <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING AND CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Village Bank, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied <br />for interim use. permit approval of on the property generally k~own as 7125 Riverdale Drive and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 1, Block 4, Rivenwick Village, Anoka County, bin <br /> (the %ubject Property") <br /> <br /> WHER~2AS, on September 1, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application <br />requesting an interim use permit for the installation and operation of a temporary modular <br />structure; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant paid the applicable fee to schedule a Special Planning <br />Commission meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission scheduled a Special Planning Commission <br />meeting on September 16, 2004, held the required public hearing and reviewed the request; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Code states that interim use permits must wait at least 14 days <br />Ibllowing the Planning Commission public hearing to be reviewed by the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has stated that grading needs to be initiated immediately for <br />the temporary modular structure in order to completed the related improvements prior to the end <br />of the 2004 construction season; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE'., BEIT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />FLkMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) Waives the t4 day time frame requirement between the Planning Commission public <br /> hearing and City Council review tbr an interim use permit request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the fbllowing voted in favor thereo~': <br /> <br />and the l:bllowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />and rtae ~bllowing abstained: <br /> <br /> <br />
