Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-09- A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE 14 DAY TIME FRAME REQUIREMENT BETWEEN THE PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING AND CITY COUNCIL ACTION: WHEREAS, Village Bank, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for interim use. permit approval of on the property generally k~own as 7125 Riverdale Drive and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 4, Rivenwick Village, Anoka County, bin (the %ubject Property") WHER~2AS, on September 1, 2004, the City of Ramsey received an application requesting an interim use permit for the installation and operation of a temporary modular structure; and WHEREAS, the Applicant paid the applicable fee to schedule a Special Planning Commission meeting; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission scheduled a Special Planning Commission meeting on September 16, 2004, held the required public hearing and reviewed the request; and WHEREAS, City Code states that interim use permits must wait at least 14 days Ibllowing the Planning Commission public hearing to be reviewed by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has stated that grading needs to be initiated immediately for the temporary modular structure in order to completed the related improvements prior to the end of the 2004 construction season; and NOW THEREFORE'., BEIT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FLkMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Waives the t4 day time frame requirement between the Planning Commission public hearing and City Council review tbr an interim use permit request.
