ORDINANCE #04-37 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE #03-44 IMPLEMENTING A GAS <br />FRANCltlSE FEE ON CENTERPOINT ENERGY, MINNEGASCO, A DIVISION OF <br />CENTERPOINT ENERGY RESOURCES CORP., A DELAWARE CORPORATION, <br />FOR PROVIDING GAS ENERGY SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Authority. <br /> <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the <br /> City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Repeal <br /> <br /> Ordinance #03-44 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
