AuthoLL~ This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of Ramsey. SECTION 2. Repeal Ordinance #03-45 is hereby repealed. SECTION 3: Effective Date This ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- iect to the City Charter Section 5.07.
