STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR DISPOSAL SYSTEM <br /> <br /> The £~da Msnsgement ~pa~aticn of Box R. ~uttenbe~g, Iowa hss <br />applied to the Agency for approval of plans and issuance cf a construction <br />and operation permit under Minnesota statutes, 198S chapters 115 and <br />for a disposal system for the Castle ?owers Mobile Home Park to be located <br />in the ~W 1/N of Section 29, T3~N, East 8ethel Village, Range 23W, Anoka <br />County, end the discharge of an effluent therefrom to an unnamed lake <br />of approximately 5 acres located almost entirely within the NW 1/~ of . <br />Section 29. A sketch map of the area showin9 details of the projec-~--i-s <br />attached= The application is on file in this office and available for <br />review by any interested person during normal business hours° <br /> <br /> The project consists of an.activated sludge package type <br /> <br />(contact stabilization modification> and a 80-day holding pond° The plans <br />and application indicate that chlorination and phosphorus removal facil- <br />ities will be p~ovided. The effluent will amount to about 200,ODO <br />gallons per day of treated domestic wastewater from a ?00 unit mobile <br />home park~ The applicable effluent snd/o~ stream standards are set <br />forth in WPC 14 and 23, copies of which may be purchased from the <br />Oocuments Section, Minnesota Department of Administration, St. Paul. <br /> <br /> Interested parties are invited to submit ~;~hi~"office~'~i~ten <br />statements of facts, arguments cz objections concernin9 the p~oject. <br />The statements primarily shouId refer to the adequacy of the project in <br />~egerd to avoidance of pollution and possible conflicts between thedi~- <br />charge of the effluent end other actual or potenial uses of these <br /> <br /> <br />
