shall cause such dog or animal of <br />a dog kind to be killed and shall <br />properly dispose of the remains <br />thereof. Any monies collected under <br />this section shall be payable to <br />the town clerk, who shall monthly <br />pay said monies over to the town <br /> <br /> Section 13. Except as otherwise <br />provided in this ordinance, it shall <br />be unlawful to kill, destroy or <br />otherwise cause any injury fo any <br />dog or animal of a dog kind. Viola- <br />tion of this section shall constitute <br />a misdemeanor. <br /> <br /> Section 14. All fees and charges <br />under this ordinance shall be pay- <br />able to the town clerk, who shall <br />pay over each month the total <br />thereof to the town treasurer. <br /> <br /> Section 15. The officer, appointed <br />to enforce this ordinance, shall <br />keep an accurate account of all <br />dogs or ani~nsls of a dog kind <br />received at the pound, and of all <br />dogs or animals of a dog kind <br />killed or released, <br /> <br /> Section 16. No person shall in <br />any manner molest, hinder or in- <br />terfere with any person authorized <br />by the town board to capture dogs <br />or animals of a dog kind and con- <br />vey the same to the dog pound <br />while engaged in such occupation. <br /> <br /> Section 17. Whoever violates any <br />provision of this ordinance shall, <br />upon conviction thereof before the <br />Justice of Peace Court, be punished <br />by a fine not exceeding twenty- <br />five dollars and may be imprisoned <br />until such fine is paid, not exceed- <br />ing fifteen days. <br /> <br /> Section 18. This ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force from <br />and after meeting all requirements <br />of publication and notice as re- <br />quired by law. <br /> <br /> HERBERT W.
