E <br /> April 04, 2017 <br /> Ramsey Planning Commission <br /> 7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br /> Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> RE: Public Hearing on April 6 concerning property located at 15359 Zuni Ct., in <br /> Ramsey. <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> I am writing this letter in response to the upcoming public hearing taking place on April <br /> 6, regarding my neighbor's new shed on their property. I am unable to make it to the <br /> meeting due to a prior commitment at my child's school. <br /> I have known my neighbors Chris and Steve for some time now, and have always had <br /> positive and pleasant conversations and exchanges with them. They have been kind, <br /> going out of their way to introduce themselves into the neighborhood. I can say they <br /> have become a great addition to our neighborhood. <br /> I've also noticed how much they have improved their home with landscaping and adding <br /> a fence. Since they have moved in, they have added to the properties' esthetics, and <br /> overall appearance of their home. They've worked diligently at making improvements to <br /> their home. <br /> The newest addition to their property, the shed, is the reason why the public hearing is <br /> taking place. I personally do not have any issue with the location or appearance of the <br /> shed.
