It has been a pleasure to work with you. <br /> I reviewed the Anoka County Soil Survey and the National Wetland Inventory(NWI) as well as an onsite <br /> review along the location of the access road(shown as 139 'Lane on soils map) and proposed boat/canoe <br /> launch areas. There were no hydric soils per the soil survey and no wetlands as inventoried by the NWI except <br /> for those directly associated with the river. Also,no jurisdictional wetlands were identified using the Routine <br /> Determination methodology described in the Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual (Waterways <br /> rE�xperiCeit Station, 1198007) and the appropriate regional supplement as required by Section 40` ofthe Clean <br /> Water Act and the Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act. I did not review any other proposed trails or <br /> facilities as shown in the Master Plan dated 5/25/2010. <br /> There may be wetlands associated with the Mississippi River below the Ordinary High Water level.
