Planned Regional Parks System Facilities <br /> In addition to the facilities that are open to the public, there are three regional parks and one park <br /> reserve that have Council-approved master plans, but have not yet been developed. These facilities are <br /> listed in Table 3-5 and shown in Figure 3-7.
