The City's Strategic Plan is reviewed, <br /> amended as needed, and approved on an annual basis. <br /> Background: The Strategic Plan was reviewed and discussed at the annual Council/staff planning meeting of <br /> February 21, 2017. Revisions were discussed and a red-lined version of the plan was presented for additional <br /> discussion and comment at the April 9, 2017 City Council Work Session.
