Council previously discussed the <br /> proposed draft Communications Plan at the Work Session on February 14, 2017. The amended Communications <br /> Plan is attached to this case for review and approval. <br /> At the Work Session on February 14, 2017, it was the consensus of the Council to approve the draft <br /> Communications Plan,with the addition of a Primary Communication Tools segment.
