Here is a link to their website:http://www.momingsunhomes.com/index.html. <br /> Funding Source: <br /> NA <br /> Recommendation: <br /> At the 03/09/17 EDA meeting,the EDA passed a motion 4-0 to recommend the Council adopt the motions outlined <br /> in this case ("Action" section). <br /> The EDA had a chance to share a conversation with Morning Sun Homes (Mark Meuleners)on 03/09/17. It appears <br /> Mr. Meuleners intends to execute the project as originally proposed. Mr. Meuleners appears to have good <br /> understanding of the site, it's challenges, and the proposed housing product.
