The City has engaged the services of Hakanson Anderson <br />and Associates to prepare a sketch plan and final plat of the new outlOt configuration. The final <br />plat consists of three sheets dated August 10, 2004. Staff offers the following comments: <br /> <br />General. The City of Ramsey and Ramsey Town Center LLC are proposing to <br />resubdivide several outlots of the Ramsey Town Center Addition Plat into new <br />outlots in order to facilitate a future real estate transaction. The following outlots will <br />be resubdivided: <br /> <br /> Outlot M, RTC Addition will be divided into two outlots, Outlots A and B, RTC <br /> 5th Addition. <br />o Outlot L, RTC Addition will be divided into two outlots, Outlots C and D, RTC <br /> 5th Addition. <br />o Outlots S,T,X,Y,Z, and a portion of Outlot AA, RTC Addition will combined <br /> into one outlot, Outlot E,-RTC 5th Addition. <br />· Outlot W, RTC Addition will be divided into three outlots, Outlots F, G, & H, <br /> RTC 5th Addition. <br />· Outlot AA, RTC will be relabeled Outlot [, RTC 5th Addition after a small portion <br /> of~'the original outlot is incorporated into Outlot E, RTC 5th Addition. <br /> <br />2. Zoning. All of the outlots contained in Ramsey Town Center are zoned TC-1 Town <br /> Center Mixed-Use Core. The Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition will not create any <br /> buildable lots and therefore all of the outlots being created will need to be platted <br /> before they are developed. <br /> <br />3. l~ots. Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition will create 9 new outlots from 9 existing <br /> outlots that were created as part of the Ramsey Town Center Addition. As mentioned <br /> previously, no buildings or development will be allowed on the newly created outlots <br /> tmtil they are platted in the future. <br /> <br /> <br />
