Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-09-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2004 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the current Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges was adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council on November 25, 2003, and amended on December 9, 2003, February 22, <br />2004, August 10, 2004, and September 13, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Sewer and water trunk fees were amended on September 13, 2004 to <br />$897/unit and $1,577/unit, respectively; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due to developer notification and an update of the City's water fund cash <br />flow, it was determined that it would be more prudent to implement any increase in sewer and <br />water trunk fees on January 1, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of September 28, 2004, staff was given <br />approval to amend the 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges with the changes noted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges is hereby amended to establish the <br />following: <br /> Water Trunk Charge $1,327/unit <br /> Sewer Trunk Charge $ 596/unit <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 28th day of September, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
