ORDINANCE NO. 04-39 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILI'/Y PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1, AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under tim authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.8,51 SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and ntility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: Dedicated across Lot 2, Block 1, Hauser Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof; described as follows: The south 10.00 feet of said Lot 2 lying east of the west 10.00 feet and west of the east 10.00 feet thereof. SECTJON 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to I. he City Charter Section 5.07.
