Ceneral: The sketch pbn proposes to subdivide a 2.5 acre lot from a 40 acre parcel. The 40 <br />acre parcel contains a home and a greenhouse business that is in single o'Nnership. The' <br />property owner desires to sell the home independent of the greenhouse business. To facilitate <br />the sale. a separate lot must be created fOf the home. The subject property is located at 6530 <br />Green Valley Road. <br /> <br />Zoning: The property is located outside the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) and <br />is currently zoned R-l R::sidential - Rural Developing. The single family dwelling is a <br />permitted use. The greenhouse business is pennirted by a Conditional Use PermiL. <br /> <br />, <br />j, <br /> <br />Lot Size and vViJth.
