<br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04- - <br /> <br />A H.ESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OFA HOME OCCUPATION PERlVIIT <br />TO }1~STA13LISH AN IN HOME HAIR SALON ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />5561 1451'H CIRCLE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARlNG <br />TERMS OF PERlvIIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04- _ -_ adopting <br />Findings of Fact #_ for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAiVISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On October _' 2004 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Chad and Lisa Lindgren ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a one <br />chair hair salon in the dwelling on the property generally known as 5561 145th Circle NW and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 15, Block 2, Wood Pond Hills 5th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a one-chair hair <br />salon on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />! Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that etJect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of tbe Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />3 The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total Door area of the pri vate dwelling. <br /> <br />4.
