introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: Council Member RESOLUTION #04-xx- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERL\iIIT FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE AS A SECONDARY PRINCIPAL USE IN THE E-2 EMPLOYMENT DISTRlCT, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_, AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, Bruce V olk, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an interim use permit (Permit) to allow outdoor storage as a secondary principal LIse on the property located at 14165 Ramsey Blvd. and legally described as fotlows: All that part 0 f the west 31 rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, i'vIinnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the west line thereof, distant 335.51 feet south from the northwest comer thereof, as measured along said west line; thence south along said west line a distance of 335.51 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the northerly right of way line of Northern Pacific Railway; thence southeasterly along said northerl y right of way line to its intersection with the east line of said west 3 l rods; thence north along said east line thereof a distance of 448.92 feet, more or less, to a point on said east line thereof distant 448.92 feet south from the northeast comer 0 f said west 31 rods as measured along said east line thereof; thence northwesterly in a straight line to the point of beginning. Except Parcel 2, Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat #16. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on October 7, 2004, conducted a public hearing and recommended that the City Council approve the request to store RV's and/or travel trailers outdoors as a secondary principal use on the Subject Property; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on October 26, 2004 to review the request for an interim use permit to allow for outdoor storage as a secondary principal use on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RA;\tISI~Y, ANOKc\ COUNTY, STATE OF iYIINNESOTA, as follows: This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03 .04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this perrnit are as follows: l) The Permittee is herein allowed to store a maximum of sevenry (70) travel trailers or i'c:creational vehicles (R V) tn an orderly manner in a confined area that is 100 feet by 225 feet located ill the rear yard Oll the Subject Propeny and shown on the attached exhibit. 35
