Our intention is to use this space for a period of at least three <br />years as we search for and plan for a permanent location for our Parish Center. <br /> <br />The space we have in mind is at 6930 McKinley Street NW in Ramsey. Just North of <br />Highway 10 off Sunfish Lake Boulevard, The person we are working with who represents <br />the owners is Leonard Gandel (651)255-5557 [Direct]; (651) 464~5700 [Office]; <br />lfi?Bll rd(Q)ga 1I gh ha n. n et [e- m a ilJ. <br /> <br />A drawing of OUI' plans is attached, as well as a list of the proposed Scope of \-Vork that <br />would allow this space to be lIseable for our purposes.
