introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: Council Member RESOLUTION #04-10- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A1~ INTERIM USE PERlvIIT TO ALLOW FOR THE OPERATION OF A CHURCH IN THE E-l EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_, AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. WHEREAS, the S1. Katharine Drexel Catholic Community, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an interim use permit to operate a Church in the E-1 Employment District on the property located at 6930 McKinley St. legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 2, Business Park 95 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on October 7, 2004, conducted a public hearing and recommended that the City Council approve the request to operate a Church in the E-l Employment District: and "WHEREAS, the City Council met on October 26, 2004 to review the request for an interim use permit to allow for outdoor storage as a secondary principal use on the Subject Property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF l~'-\MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: This permit lS issued pursuant to Section 9.03 .04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: l) The Permittee lS herein allowed to operate a Church and Parish Offices on the Subject Property. 2) The Permittee shall secure written permission from the building owner for the parking of up to ll4 vehicles on the Subject Property. Such written permission shall be provided to the City. J) This Permit shall commence on the date of City Council approval of same and shall expire on Nl)Vember I. 2009. 4) This Permit is applicable only to the operation of a church and parish offices on the Subject Property. The granting of this Permit does not allow for any other use that is prohibited in the E-] Employment District. 47
