Approved the Final Plat of Basalt OtIice Park 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />. Approved the Vacation of a DrainagelUtility Easement on Lot 2, 'Block 1, Hauser <br />Addition, (Wiser Choice Liquor), <br /> <br />. Approved the Conditional Use Permit for Michael Mettler to exceed to the allotted <br />square footage for an accessory building. <br /> <br />. Approved the Conditional Use Permit for Eric Thomsen to exceed to the allotted <br />square footage for an accessory building. <br /> <br />. Approved the site plan for TLM Cabinets. <br /> <br />. Approved the site plan for E-Z Auto. <br /> <br />. Approved the extension of a variance from Rogers Lake setback for Brian and Laurel <br />Jones. <br /> <br />. Approved the Final Plat for Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition. <br /> <br />R-l Rural Developing Ordinance: <br />The City Council has not yet scheduled a work session to discuss the R-l Rural Developing <br />amendments. Statl will notify the Planning Commission of the date once it is set. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan: <br />The City held a public input meeting for the Comprehensive Plan update on September 23rd, It <br />was atknded by over 50 residents. Participants listened to a presentation on recent trends in <br />Ram~ey and the new Met Council Regional Development Framework. The attendees then <br />worked in groups (() discuss and formulate thoughts about Ramsey's future growth patterns. This <br />informatinn will be utilized as the City progresses through the Comprehensive Plan update <br />process. <br /> <br />93 <br />
