He noted Capstone Homes has pitched a concept plan for residential plan on the Pearson <br /> property, north of Highway 10. He noted this will be on the City Council agenda for January 24tH <br /> City Administrator Ulrich updated the Board on various City projects. He recognized Patrick <br /> Brama for his completion of the Economic Development Finance Professional EDFP course work. <br /> Economic Dev.
