Board Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE FROM <br />SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC ROAD FRONTAGE <br />REQUIREMENTS TO JOHN ROWE (PERx¥IiTTEES) AT 6530 GREEN VALLEY <br />ROAD, AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Jo[-m Rowe ("Permittees") have properly applied for a variance ii'om <br />Section 9.5{).30 (Subdivision Design Standards - Lots) and Section 9.20.11 (R-1 Residential <br />District) of the Ramsey City Code to plat a parcel that will not meet the minimum public street <br />frontage requirements on the property generally k2xo,,vn as 6530 Green Valley Road and legally <br />described as Lbllows: <br /> <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Mirmesota <br /> <br />(the "S ubj ect Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on October 7, 2004, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF tL4~MSEY, ANOtC4~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0 , a variance from the minimum street fi'ontage requirements <br />in the R-1 Rural Developing District (Section 9.20.11) is hereby granted in order to facilitate <br />platting an existing homestead on the Subject Property with 100 feet of fi'ontage on Green <br />Valley Road. <br /> <br />This variance shall automatically expire if' lr is not completed by October 7, 2005, and <br />recording the plat at Anoka County shall constitute completion. The Permittee may petition <br />for an extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be <br />requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the <br />original variance. <br /> <br />3. The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br /> Recorder. <br /> <br />4.
