Councilmember Johns introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #17-04-095 ND A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR STATION 2 ADDTION WHEREAS, D.R. Horton, hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly applied for ND final plat approval of STATION 2 ADDITION on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlots A, B, C, D, and E STATION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota Subject Property (the “”) WHEREAS , on April 26, 2005, the City Council reviewed and approved the preliminary plat and site plan of the Subject Property subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on May 31, 2005, the City Council approved the final plat and site plan for the Subject Property, subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on November 14, 2006, the City Council granted an extension to record the final plat until May 31, 2008; and WHEREAS , on June 4, 2007 the Applicant submitted an application for revised preliminary plat and site plan; and WHEREAS, on July 11, 2007 the Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of the revised preliminary plat and site plan; and WHEREAS, on July 24, 2007, the City Council approved a revised preliminary plat and site plan subject to certain conditions; and WHEREAS, on February 8, 2008 the Applicant submitted an application for revised final plat and site plan review for the Subject Property and changed the name of the project; and WHEREAS , at the Applicant’s request, the revised final plat and final site plan review before the City Council was postponed until further notice; and WHEREAS , on May 19, 2008, the Applicant requested that the revised final plat and final site plan be submitted to City Council for review and approval; and WHEREAS , on June 24, 2008, the City Council approved the revised final plat and site plan for the Subject Property; and
