Not that a speed change would help with people passing on the shoulder and or the knuckle head <br />texting that I see while I'm walking it would at least buy me a few more seconds to get out of the <br />way if need be if they were traveling slower. <br />I'm the last one to complain, I can count on one hand how many times I have contacted the city <br />in the past 25 years. After seeing so many close calls I really do feel we have a unsafe <br />environment in that area. <br />If you want to make the walk with me I'm open to that, as noted I walk it often, rain or shine. <br />Thanks for you time, <br />Jay Jagerosn <br />
