Ramsey, MN Code of Ordinances Page 6 of 6 <br />Any license may be revoked by the council for a violation of any provision of this Code if the licensee <br />has been given a reasonable notice of seven days and an opportunity to be heard. <br />(Code 1978, § 7.85.09; Ord. No. 08-12, § 2 <br />(7.85.011), 3-25-2008) <br />Sec. 26-590. - Appeal. <br />Any person aggrieved by the denial/revocation of a license may appeal to the city council. Such <br />appeal shall be taken by filing with the city clerk, within 14 days after notice of the action complained <br />of, a written statement setting forth fully the grounds for the appeal. The city clerk shall schedule a <br />time and place with the city council for hearing on such appeal, and notice of such hearing shall be <br />given to the applicant. No individual may conduct any business while an appeal is pending. <br />(Code 1978, § 7.85.12; Ord.
