WHEREAS, on January 5, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />regarding the proposed zoning amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 24, 2017, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat. <br />WHEREAS, on February 14, 2017, the City Council reviewed the zoning amendment <br />WHEREAS, on April 26, 2017, the Metropolitan Council approved a comprehensive plan <br />amendment to include the subject property within the metropolitan urban service area boundary; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Woodlands 4th Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 5, 2017. <br />b) Adoption of Ordinance #17-02 rezoning the property from R-1 Residential (Rural Developing) <br />to R-1 Residential (MUSA). <br />c) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />day of , 2017. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #17-05-106 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />th <br />
