Water Main Extension. In lieu of having a dead-end watermain, <br />PERMITTEE agrees to extend the watermain south to an existing <br />watermain stub north of 166th Avenue, pursuant to plans prepared by <br />PERMITTEE and approved by the CITY. The estimated cost of the <br />extension is $100,000.00. The CITYand PERMITTEE will evenly split <br />the cost between them, with the CITY' S share capped at a maximum of <br />$50,000.00.
