Each townhouse development shall have at a minimum, 40 percent open space <br />for the enjoyment of its residents that may be held as private lots or in common areas. <br />Qualifying areas include grassed lawns, landscape areas, gardens, natural areas, landscape <br />rock, mulch, wetlands, and ponding areas.
