Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #17-05-104 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #17-01, ALPINE <br />DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #16-08-139, adopted August 8, <br />2016, the City Engineer prepared a Feasibility Report for City Improvement Project #17-01 <br />which proposes improvements to Alpine Drive between Armstrong Boulevard/CSAH 83 and <br />Variolite Street, including reconstruction of bituminous pavement, replacement of damaged <br />concrete curb and gutter, and other appurtenant work as needed; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #17-01-029, adopted January <br />24, 2017, the City Council received and accepted the Feasibility Report, and the City of Ramsey <br />Engineering Department was ordered to prepare final plans and specifications for the proposed <br />improvements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the final plans and specifications prepared by <br />the City of Ramsey Engineering Department for the making of such improvements, and <br />authorizes the advertisement of bids for the same improvements. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />
