<br /> WHEREAS, <br />on December 1, 2016, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a <br />public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, on January 5, 2017, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public <br />hearing regarding the proposed zoning amendment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />, on January 24, 2017, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on February 14, 2017, the City Council reviewed the zoning amendment <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , on April 26, 2017, the Metropolitan Council approved a <br />comprehensive plan amendment to include the subject property within the metropolitan urban <br />service area boundary; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />th <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Woodlands 4 <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a) Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 5, 2017. <br /> b) Adoption of Ordinance #17-02 rezoning the property from R-1 Residential (Rural <br /> Developing) to R-1 Residential (MUSA). <br /> c) The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Johns, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Resolution #17-05-106 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
