Councihnember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-08-230 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF FALCONER'S RIDGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Eliot Schaffer, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied <br />lbr plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of centerline of Trott Brook, except <br />that part platted as Fox Ridge Estates together with the west 179.75 feet of the east half of <br />the Southwest Quarter of said section lying south of the centerline of County Road No. <br />63, and the south 51.00 feet of the north 404.00 feet of the east 15.00 feet of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2. <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />Outlots A and B, Fox Ridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Lot 1, Block 2, Outlot A, Falconer's Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(tim "Subject Property"); <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on December 4, 2003, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Eliot Schaffer for Falconer's Ridge minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on March 11, 2004, and approved <br />the sketch plan of Falconer's Ridge and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on April 8, and <br />recommended that park dedication be satisfied through a combination of a cash paymem and <br />1.89 acre land dedication; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat and required application on <br />August 16, 2004; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
