Councihnember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-09-280 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />VILLAGE BANK ALLOWING THE INSTALLATION OF A TEMPORARY MODULAR <br />OFFICE BUILDING ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7125 RIVERDALE DRIVE, <br />BASEl) ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0700; AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Village Bank, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," properly applied to the <br />City of Ramsey (the "City") for an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary modular office <br />structure on the site of their future permanent banking facility for an interim period of time on the <br />property generally known as 7215 Riverdale Drive and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />I,ot 1, Block 4, Rivenwick Village, Anoka County, MN <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 16, 2004 to review the request <br />for an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary modular office structure on the Subject Property <br />for an interim period of time and conducted a public hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall be allowed to install and utilize a temporary modular structure on the <br />Subjcct Property effective upon the date of City Council approval and expiring on December <br />31,2005. <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee shall adhere to all State Building and State Fire Codes regarding the <br /> installation and utilization of the temporary modular structure. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee is required to obtain a building permit for the temporary modular <br /> structure. <br /> <br />4) That the Permittee herein acknowledges that the development of the permanent Village Bank <br /> facility is subject to site plan and building permit process. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />That the Permittee will be required to pay sewer and water trunk charges in the amount of <br />$20,574 at time of building permit issuance for the temporary structure due to the need to <br />extend sewer and water to the Subject Property for the operation of the temporary structure. <br />At time of site plan approval and issuance of building permit for the permanent banking <br />facility sewer and water trunk charges will be considered satisfied as part of the execution of <br />this Interim Use Permit and therefore will not be collected at time of site plan approval for <br />the permanent banking facility. <br /> <br /> <br />
