Regular Planning Commission <br />Meeting Date: 04/06/2017 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />5. 6. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Consider Architectural Recommendations for Aeon Ramsey Housing Development <br />Purpose/Background: <br />In May 2016, the Planning Commission reviewed a concept for a new apartment building to be located in The <br />COR. The City Council entered into a Purchase Agreement with Aeon for a parcel north of The Draw Park and <br />Amphitheater. The project has secured financing, and is about to enter into the design stage. Before design, Staff <br />desires to discuss architecture recommendations, since the project is located in The COR. <br />Notification: <br />Notification has not yet been provided. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Attached to the case is the architectural package and COR Design Framework. The project is located within the <br />COR-4c Sub -District (intended for higher density developments/apartments). <br />Funding Source: <br />This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties. <br />Recommendation: <br />No action is being requested. <br />Action: <br />No action is being requested.
