Please see the May 4 Regular <br />Planning Commission Meeting Agenda for more specifics on the proposed project. <br />Funding Source: <br />All costs associated with processing the Application are the responsibility of the Developer. Interior infrastructure <br />as part of the project area are the responsibility of the Developer. The Developer is responsible for standard <br />Development Fees. <br />Regarding the collector infrastructure (Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street) that will serve multiple <br />developments, please see the March 28 City Council Work Session for more information regarding proposed <br />cost -share and assessment arrangements. <br />Recommendation: <br />No recommendation provided for Public Comment Meeting. <br />Action: <br />This is not an official Planning Commission Meeting, but an opportunity for the public to comment on the EAW. <br />No action is taken at this meeting. <br />Attachments <br />Site Location Map <br />Plan Set <br />
