lour 1111.1siion: To work together to reiposibty grow our community, and to provide quality, coat -effective, and efficient government ierrlcas. <br />Special Planning Commission <br />Meeting Date: 05/04/2017 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />3. 1. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Public Comment on EAW for Riverstone Addition Located Near Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street; Case of <br />Capstone Homes (Project No. 17-106) <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to accept public comment on an Environmental Assessment Worksheet for a 293 lot <br />subdivision (245 detached single-family and 48 townhomes). <br />Notification: <br />Staff attempted to notify all Property Owners within 700 feet of the Subject Property of the Public Comment <br />Meeting. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Attached is the draft Environmental Assessment Worksheet for Riverstone Addition. Please see the May 4 Regular <br />Planning Commission Meeting Agenda for more specifics on the proposed project. <br />Funding Source: <br />All costs associated with processing the Application are the responsibility of the Developer. Interior infrastructure <br />as part of the project area are the responsibility of the Developer. The Developer is responsible for standard <br />Development Fees. <br />Regarding the collector infrastructure (Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street) that will serve multiple <br />developments, please see the March 28 City Council Work Session for more information regarding proposed <br />cost -share and assessment arrangements. <br />Recommendation: <br />No recommendation provided for Public Comment Meeting. <br />Action: <br />This is not an official Planning Commission Meeting, but an opportunity for the public to comment on the EAW. <br />No action is taken at this meeting. <br />Attachments <br />Site Location Map <br />Plan Set <br />
