Regular Planning Commission <br />Meeting Date: 06/01/2017 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Review Concept Plan for Bunker Lake Industrial Park; Case of PSD, LLC <br />5. 5. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to review a concept plan in design stages for Bunker Lake Industrial Park by PSD, LLC. <br />This is not yet a formal application. The intent is to get preliminary feedback to the Developer before a formal land <br />use application is submitted. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required for this stage, but will be required for future steps. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />Generally speaking, the proposed development meets the intent of the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning District, <br />once approved amendments to both are completed. The Planning Commission may recall that the City Council <br />previously approved a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Business Park for this area, which is now entering the <br />Metropolitan Council review process. <br />Staff has not completed a detailed site plan review at this stage.
