CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Chair Sis called the Park and Recreation Commission meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. <br />2. CITIZEN INPUT <br />Mr. Nathan Barton, , stated he came to the meeting regarding the landfill on Alpine. He asked <br />about the feasibility of turning it into a park. He has seen a similar park in Virginia Beach. He was <br />directed by Mr. Riverblood to attend the meeting. He looked at a report from the MPCA which rates all <br />
