Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-10- A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3m) ADDITION. WHEREAS, Ramsey Town Center LLC, hereinafter referred to as "ApPlicant", has properly applied for final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot ][, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota (the %ubject Property") WHEREAS, on April 1, 2004, the Planning Commission revised the proposed sketch plan for Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition; and WHEREAS, on April 27, 2004, the City received an official application for Sketch Plan Approval of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition; and WHEREAS, on May 11, 2004, the City Council approved the sketch plan for Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition; and WHEREAS, on June 30, 2004, the City received an application for preliminary plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition; and WHEREAS, on July 12, 2004, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the proposed plat of Ramsey Town Center 3~d Addition and recommended City Council approval of same; and WHEREAS, on July 27, 2004 the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition; and WHEREAS, on September 27, 2004, the City received application for the final plat of Ramsey Town Center3rd Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance'with City Staff Review Letter dated October 7, 2004.
